VioCart currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States. This policy explains free standard shipping, order processing, tracking, split shipments, and delivery issues.

Free standard shipping

Standard shipping is free on eligible VioCart orders delivered within the United States. If an exceptional charge applies, it will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Processing and delivery estimates

Most orders require 1–3 business days for processing. Processing may take up to 5 business days during high-demand periods. Standard delivery is generally estimated at 10–15 business days after processing unless a different estimate is shown for the product.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Product availability, destination, carrier operations, weather, and seasonal demand can affect delivery.

Tracking and split shipments

Tracking information is emailed when available and may take 24–72 hours to show movement after a shipping label is created. Items may be fulfilled from different partner locations, so one order can arrive in separate packages with different tracking numbers.

Address accuracy and changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

Carrier delays

Weather, peak-season volume, service interruptions, customs or security reviews, and other events outside our reasonable control may delay a shipment.

Missing or delivered packages

If tracking has stalled or shows delivery but the parcel cannot be located, check the property, household, neighbors, and carrier delivery details. Then contact the carrier and VioCart support with your order number so we can assist with an investigation.

Eligible items may be requested for return within 30 days after delivery. Please contact VioCart and obtain authorization before sending an item back.

Return eligibility

To qualify, an item should be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Eligibility depends on the product, condition, and reason for the request.

Use our Contact page and include your order number, the item involved, and the reason for the request. Wait for authorization and the correct return instructions. Fulfillment and return locations may vary.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us promptly after delivery and provide clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. After review, an approved issue may qualify for a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Non-returnable items

Personalized products, gift cards, opened hygiene-sensitive products, perishable goods, hazardous materials, and products marked final sale are generally not returnable unless defective or otherwise required by applicable law.

Return shipping

For preference-based returns, return shipping costs may be paid by the customer or deducted from the refund. VioCart covers reasonable return costs for verified defects, incorrect products, or approved fulfillment errors.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product or supporting evidence has been reviewed. Banks and payment providers commonly require an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.

Important return instructions

Do not return a package to the address printed on its original shipping label unless VioCart support specifically instructs you to do so. Unauthorized returns may be delayed, refused, or ineligible for reimbursement.
