Payments, ecommerce infrastructure, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, and other functions may be supplied by third parties, including Shopify and fulfillment partners. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. External links do not make Tradesphere Inc. responsible for third-party content.

The store and products are provided subject to applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tradesphere Inc. and VioCart are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
